Now that ATF has re-launched eForms, there are some things you will need to do in order to utilize it.  If you HAVE already created an account, you will need to make some updates. Please follow the instructions below to complete the necessary updates

If you don't have an eForms account, you will need to create one.  Click here for registration instructions - ATF eForms Process - New Users

1.) Access ATF eForms - instead of logging in, click FORGOT PASSWORD

If you have any issues resetting your password, contact the ATF Help Desk at 1-877-875-3723.

2.) Once you have reset your password, click LOGIN.

3.) Please read the disclaimer pop up.  If you understand and agree with the conditions, click the ACCEPT & LOG IN button at the bottom of the screen.  If you decline, you will not be allowed to log into eForms.

4.) Log into eForms with your user name/ID & new password.  Again, if you run into any issues, contact the ATF Help Desk at 1-877-875-3723.

5.) Upon a successful first login after your password reset, you will be brought to the page below where you will need to fill in any required information that was not pulled from the previous eForms database.  This page is triggered when there is no PIN stored in the new database.

6.) Because the previous database did not have a PIN, you will need to create one.  Enter your 4-digit pin into the first box below and confirm the same PIN in the next box.  Then click SAVE MY INFORMATION.

7.) You will be brought to a page titled Rules of Behavior.  You will need to accept or deny - if you deny, you will not be allowed to log into the system.

8.) Upon successful completion of these steps, you will be brought to the home screen below where you can view previous eForms transactions (if any) and create new ones.
