Firearms cannot be returned once they have been transferred to the customer. Once transferred, the firearm is considered used even if it is unfired. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the firearm before completing the transfer process. If the customer finds any issue with the firearm(s), they should not complete the transfer process and let us know of the issue immediately. If the customer finds an issue or product defect with the firearm after it has been transferred, it is the customer's responsibility to work with the manufacturer to return it for warranty repair or replacement per the manufacturer's warranty. Any firearm sent back to the manufacturer for warranty repair work can be returned directly to the customer - it does not have to be transferred back to the customer through a firearms dealer. Adaptive Firing Solutions is not responsible for any firearm issue or defect after the transfer has taken place.
