All firearms transfers are done so in accordance with all State and Federal laws. 

Transfer Cost:

Private Party Transfers - $10 for the background check & $10 per firearm.

Transfers for Online Purchases (from somewhere other than AFS) - $10 for the background check, $40 for the firearm.  If you have multple firearms being transferred in, each additional firearm transferred is $20.

All firearms not background checked within 30 days of arrival will incur a $30 per month storage fee unless you have an approved reason for the delay.

All firearms not picked-up within 180 days of arrival will be forfeit unless you have an approved reason for the delayed pick up.

Silencers - $100 - this includes fingerprints, photos, and eForm 4 completion/submission.  

Short Barrel Rifle/Shotgun Transfers - $150 - this includes fingerprints, photos, and eForm 4 completion/submission.  

Transferrable Machine Guns - $200 - this includes fingerprints, photos, and eForm 4 completion/submission.  

Fingerprinting for NFA Applications - $20 per set of 2 cards or for the electronic fingerprint file.

Cancelled Orders - There will be a 20% cancellation fee applied for any order cancelled after a background check has been submitted or ATF paperwork has been submitted.
